As we head into a new decade, I am reflecting on so many positive transitions that took place in 2019 for me. I watched my girl graduate high school and started a new chapter in her life as a college student. Dan and I sold Two Brothers Deli after almost 20 years, and I sold my studio, The Yoga Room, after 12 years in our fantastic community.
These changes happen to give me more freedom to spread the joy of Yoga, which has been my passion since I stumbled into my first Yoga class in 2001.
